I friggin did it.......

I did not look and feel all dewy like this when I was done!
I felt more like this
I put on my big girl panties and tried spinning. Now I am no chicken shit by any means - I have bungee jumped, dived off massive waterfalls in Hawaii, swam with sharks In Tahiti and survived a week in the Brazilian amazon but for some odd reason spinning has always freaked the shit out of me. I have passed by the classes on a my way to my old dependable elliptical and man dude those bitches are sweating their balls off in that room. What scares me the most is that the room is not overly big and there is a lot of heat being produced from the 20 or so bikes/people and my biggest fear was shit  I am going to throw up on someone or I am going to pass out and I will never ever be able to show myself at the gym again. But I was like you know what if you don't feel a little nausea's than your not working out hard enough and if I do pass out someone will hopefully help out. The instructor helps you set up your bike and they do an awesome job explaining what is what.  You also go at your own pace so there is not need to be super woman on your first try. Music was thumping and the sweat was dripping. 550 calories gone in 45 minutes that alone is friggin inspiration to keep it going. I will do a few more classes before investing in some padded work out pants because my ass and vajayjay are not happy. But I did it...Yeah me!!!

I felt nauseated when I was doing yoga today. I guess that means I was working hard enough! :)
