We are on evening 3 that is evening 3 that little Ms. GG has decided that getting up at 2 am and sleeping is no longer an option. That wandering from her room to our room calling out mommy is the way she will torture us this weekend. She is usually an excellent sleeper but she has these bouts of sleep wandering and just being up at some unforsaken hour from time to time. I do not do well at all without sleep I suck at it and always have.I am good for maybe one day then I hit the wall hard. I just can't function that is why my old timer ass is in bed by 8:30 every night unless I am out which let's face it when you have a friggin toddler that does not happen allot. My husband is a walking zombie and I am gonna start looking and feeling like Shelly Duval below if I do not get some interrupted ZZZ's. I have noticed that this seems to happen when it is the week of the full moon or just when she is about to get some kind of freak cold..Mmmmm or should I start worrying when my cute toddler daughter starts sprouting fangs and pointy ears?
It is now 7:09 am I have been up since 2:00 am I am going to try and get some shut eye before the little one gets up again {she finally fell back to sleep at 4:00}. When I begin to see double I will let you know.
Happy FRIGGIN Saturday!

OK then. I forgive you for no WTF Friday.
Cranky
I feel for you! Went through that with my son. When he was a little older, 4 or 5, we put 4 quarters in his bedroom doorway. If he stayed in his room and didn't call for us (unless he was sick) he got to keep all 4 quarters. Otherwise, every time he crossed over them or called to us, we took one away. We had him set a goal for something to buy so that he wanted to keep the money. But at her age you could probably use pennies or nickels and it might help.
Good luck!
