insane yesterday. I never ever thought this part of a show would come back and bite me in the ass but it did. I used to laugh out loud when this came on. Now I totally get it and yesterday it tested my sanity. Why is it that they never do it this with daddy? Why........Because they are put on this planet too make sure they drive mommy insane. Today I am taking a little break leaving GG with daddy and I am going to get my spa on I usually take GG with me but not today...today I need a break.  Enjoy the YouTube clip. Happy Sunday folks!

WTF Friday..............

finally...right...I know I have been a total slacker the last few weeks but we have been traveling and taking care of some sickies in this house one being moi.  I do not know what kind of germ has made it's way from NCA or on the plane back to Cali with us but after almost 2 weeks of feeling still not 100 percent ok and dragging ass the evil germ has now taken over my husbands body who is now down for the count. He called in sick today which he never ever does.  Today I am dragging butt probably because GG coughed most of the night and I was was up checking on her every hour.  I have said this once and I will say it again....I will never ever travel on a plane with my toddler {age 2-4}  unless it is

1. Virgin Air - Clean new planes 
2. 3 hours tops 
3. Tropical location only - I am not made for the country 
4. No lay overs

So let me try and get all this shit out of my brain before it explodes there is allot of shit I have stored from the last couple of weeks. Ta Dah......

• What is up with this total fascination of toilet paper? The Charmin commercials are kinda of getting really detailed about how clean butt holes should be.  Mr. Whipple would be shocked......

• OK I get that some bike riders are PITA's however trying to go out of your way to try and hit them and harm them is so twisted and crazy. Some dude actually went out of his way to do this just that and then you know what the stupid f*ck did? He videotaped it and put it on YouTube. Yep some outstanding member of our society at work. 
• I know this is old news but one of my lovely friends just told me she had skin lightning in one of her intimate areas - hint it rhymes with mutt.....
• I know that when you get older some folks get a little lazy with the waxing but come one people when you decide to take the razor to your women's facial hair make sure to keep it going. I saw some very scary I mean scary facial hair in North Carolina last week. I am talking full on Tom Selleck mustaches on women.

• The chick from blossom + 3 year old still full on breast feeding toddler = me just getting sick sorry but it is time to let go and this is MY opinion. Her and Alicia Silverstone probably hang out together, under a tree churning butter.

• I find this picture amusing "occupy at this point whatever" protesters drinking their latte's at Starbucks....Mmm is it just me that find this interesting and kind of hypocritical? I bet your ass they are also carrying smart phones in their "super hero" costumes.

• WTF was I thinking once again when I decided to venture in Toy R Us with my toddler..why...why...why
• OK is it wrong that I like when my dogs lick my feet...I know...I know......wrong...wrong...sooo wrong 

• I have no idea what these are and I really don't ever want to know. Scoop the Poop was spotted at the North Carolina airport as we were waiting to come home sweet home. It was also in the candy/cookie section chocolate candies shaped like deer poop. Does this not seem strange or does it just seem strange to this city gal?

• Can I ask why this train wreck{I read she texted the whole time she was at the event} was at the White House Correspondence Dinner? And BTW I am still pissed that she was chosen to play Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming movie about her life. What a shame....Poor Elizabeth......

The "C" word........

how much I despise this word...the word is not the word that you think it is but the word that we all hear on a daily basis if it is not a friend of a friend, close friend or a family member it is a poor soul in a land we have never heard of.  This word is heard in the big cities and in small towns. Poor and rich, skinny and not so skinny, smoker non smoker, good health, bad health it is everywhere and for some reason it cannot be stopped. It changes your whole life in a second and the bitch is hard to control. I am sick and tired of hearing about good people who don't deserve this go through so much pain and suffering. I lost my mother to the C word and watched her struggle so much in the last few months until finally she was at peace. But I lost a friend and a mother way to young.

I have had friends diagnosed at early ages with the C word and close friends pass so young in life...... Why...why...why?  You are hated despised, your a bitch and you are shit. We are getting closer to finding a cure and hopefully we will obliterate you from all our lives. Hopefully the cure will happen sooner than later for I cannot stand to see another person go through the dreaded "C'. You don't deserve to be here.  I hate you....I hate you...I have never hated so much as the hatred I have for you. So let me finish by saying you might have won some battles but we will win the war.

Hey gang. So in the last few nights my little one has had a hard time getting to sleep any sooner than 10:30 which sucks because she is usually down for the count by 8:00 pm every night.....WTF is going on I have no clue maybe we are still working with time change here who the hell knows. This was her on Sunday.  Sweeeeeet......passed out at 7:30 and slept until 8:00 the next morning. God I hope this is not a future pattern to come. Told my husband that the Ipad will be shutting down one hour before her bed time. I have a feeling that  is charging her little mind before she is supposed to hit slumber land..NO MORE. I need my beauty sleep and this whole going to sleep at 11:00 and getting up at 5 does not work for me....period.....No sleeping equals wrinkles which I have been able to keep at bay for now. Peace

Playing catch up.............

Even sick my GG was sporting mama's heels 

Man why is it when you go on a mini vacation trip you come back more exhausted then when you left? Having to play the catch up get toddler back on schedule game also sucks.  We decided that this weekend we would relax and recharge our batteries.  Yesterday I went to get spray tanned or as my husband likes to call it auto body shop paint detail because he says they use the same type of gun they would use to paint a car a new color. My husband does not get the spray tan "thing" but he knows that when I need a little kick in my color and want to look extra special and need a little pick me up that is what I do. I am Italian so I am pretty olive complected it does not take long for me to get a nice light bronze to my face and body and I have to admit I do love the look. A slight bronze is nice....New Jersey shore gang paint job not so much. I do this because as much as I like a sunny day I HATE sitting in the sun. Sitting in the sun bores the hell out of me and I have very little patience for it.  If I have a pool/beach or any other type of water nearby I am usually the chick in it. I am not likes some of my friends who don't do the water because they are scared to get their hair wet give me a friggin break. Sorry guys love ya but that is kinda lame. It is also dangerous no matter how much sunscreen you layer onto the body the sun is peaking some major major damaging rays.

We also took a little jaunt to our areas farmers market and picked up some fresh produce and fish....Sorry gang but I could not get back from this trip in order to have fresh local food. The south is not known to have the healthiest selection of food - good but not healthy{sorry you know it's true}.  My daughter had almost no fruit there because every time we ordered some we basically got 3 raspberries and a sick looking melon slice....really wtf?  So we did some stocking up and it felt awesome. GG got to hang out with some of the local animals and we checked out the ponies. As close to nature as Ms. GG gets.

Then it was off to this place. The just opened up like a few blocks away from our casa and we have unlimited passes this place is pretty awesome and it keeps the kiddo tired and friggin happy. I mean, yo check this friggin place out. That is the biggest jumpy house I have ever seen plus they have to super slides to the right but I could not get it all in the pic. These folks keep the place in tip top and sanitized shape. They also have an art area as well as referees to keep the kids safe. Worth the dime for some mental time.

The remainder of the weekend was just chillin and spending some quality time with the family and the pups who needed some extra TLC especially dog number 2 who has been a nervous wreck since we got back.  Last night we grilled jumbo shrimp on the BBQ over asparagus tossed orzo. Yeah it was good! Got my ass back to the gym on Monday because I had not gone for 5 days I was planning on working out when I was out of town but GG was sick and she wanted me with her the whole time. It hurt like a mofo but I got back on the saddle. I now am looking into finding some other fun ways to work out besides cardio. I really need to find a contact sport. I have taken kick boxing but it is not what I am looking for you know what I mean? The rest of the week is all about getting my shit together. Summer is just around the corner and GG will be starting preschool soon...I am looking forward to it but I cannot believe that my little one has already reached this milestone. Soon she will be asking me for the credit cards and the car keys.
